Bluetooth headset

I was wondering if anyone could give my some info on the bluetooth headsets that are available.
I need to get one but do not have a lot of knowledge on what is around.
One I have used previously was terrible at picking up background noise. Are they all like that? Or some better than others.
I don't really want to spend a small fortune either

I guess no one knows a lot about headsets then?
What about the noise/wind reduction models?
Do they actually work?
